Oak Crest Estates is a secluded, gated community consisting of 14 custom homes and 4 additional lots.  The homes reside on wooded lot sizes ranging from 2-9 acres.  Oak Crest is a deed-restricted community that is run by a property owners association made up of residents.  Oak Crest is managed by Consolidated Management Company.

 

Current officers include Steve Hakes, Bob Bevivino, and Sandi Smith.

 

 

Sendera Lake Estates is a beautifully wooded, deed restricted community of one hundred and fifty-five two to five acre lots that has maintained that country atmosphere.  The equine friendly subdivision provides property owners access to a large community park which includes a fishing lake, playground equipment, horse riding arena, paved parking lot, and a covered pavilion and picnic tables built by resident volunteers.   Several miles of nature trails are available for walks or horseback riding and the almost three miles of light traffic paved roads provide an excellent biking or running path.  The many white,  three-rail horse fences throughout the subdivision gives it a very appealing curbside appearance.  Local water and natural gas supplies are available to all properties.

 

The subdivision has a board of directors and an architectural control committee, which are elected annually by the property owners.  Investment Management, Inc. provides assistance, as needed, to the volunteer board and committee members.  A quarterly newsletter is published and an updated subdivision telephone directory and plot plan is mailed to each property owner at the beginning of each year.
